Lyric Loft is a brand new 2 br 1 bath loft located in the heart of downtown Easley. Exposed brick walls mixed with modern features in a building that was built in the early 1900's as Easley first movie theater. Lyric Loft is located above The Pint Station in downtown Easley which is a craft beer and wine bar with easy, convenient & free parking. A fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig, toaster, oven, stove, microwave, full size fridge and kitchen bar seating. The living room has comfortable leather couch, chair and 65in tv. Dining area & full size washer and dryer included for your use. The bathroom includes shower/tub combo and all basic toiletries to get you started. Lyric loft is located above The Pint Station and is walking distance to Amici's Pizza, Shuck N Shack, Iron Horse Steamers, Laughton and Co, The Silos, Merrells and Old Post. Lyric Loft is 13 minutes (light traffic) or 23 minutes (heavy traffic) to downtown Greenville, 22 minutes (light traffic) and 32 minutes (heavy) to Clemson University and 5 minutes to JB Owens complex in Easley and 32 minutes to Lake Keowee. About the Owner

Lyric Loft is created, hosted & loved by the Corso's who also own the taproom located downstairs. The building was purchased in 2017 and fully renovated in 2018. The lofts were complete in 2020 with intentions of short term rentals. The building has so much history and character as it was originally built in early 1900's as the first movie theater in Easley. The lofts are located where what would have been the balcony/open area of the theater. The name of the movie theater was Lyric Theater, hence the name Lyric Loft, and is why you will see movie memorabilia throughout the loft.
